This is a Standard Duty Dampener Plate for a Big Block Chevrolet (BBC), 26 spline to turbo 400 transmission.
It was removed from a running boat and it was upgraded to a heavy duty dampener plate. There are signs of use, but it was not making any noise and it works just fine. Refer to photos for details.
